Massimiliano joined the company after having gained a wide experience as P&I and Defence claims handler and consultant to Ship Owners/Charterers and Insurers, working in the P&I business since the beginning of 90’s. Before working in the claims department for insurance brokers he gained his degree in Trade and Business Management at the Genoa University and moved his first steps in a shipping company. He is also currently responsible for the external relationships of Ferpandi S.r.l.

Fabrizio joined the Company 1988 after having obtained a degree at the Nautical Institute and having spent a period in the Navy sailing as an Officer. He has a wide experience in the handling of the P&I and Defence matters with Ferpandi S.r.l. He is currently responsible for the external relationships of Ferpandi S.r.l.

Stefano has over 35 years experience of P&I and Defence claims having joined the Company in 1988. Prior to joining Ferpandi S.r.l. he gained a degree at the Genoa Nautical Institute and spent time in the marketing department of an important Italian company.

Max joined the Company 1990 after having obtained a degree at the Nautical Institute and having spent a period in the Naval Accademy in Leghorn. From 2000 to 2006 he has worked in the Italian branch of the TT Club gaining a wide experience in the handling of Through Transport matters in addition to his knowledge of P&I and Defence. He is mainly involved as Network Partner of TTCLUB.

Michele is our finance and accounting manager.  He graduated in Business Economics at the University of Genoa in October 2002 while performing the military service. He then started working for a big accountancy firm in Genoa where became Chartered Account few years later and he held the position for 7 years gaining experience managing the tax and accounting side.

As from 2009 he joined the Finance department of an international insurance broking group and in the last years he joined the Ferpandi team.

Alessio joined Ferpandi team in 2024. After graduating from the University of Genoa started his career path with an insurance broking house and get experience working for a Survey Firm in Genoa. He continued his career and matured over 10 years of experience in the claims handling sector. He currently covers all P&I and FDD Claims.

Gianluca joined Ferpandi in 2024. He graduated in “Maritime Economics’ at the University of Genova and spent a period abroad before commencing his career in the Claims Department of an important insurance broking house. Gianluca has shown great talent and enthusiasm maturing over 10 years experience. He currently covers all P&I and FDD claims however is mainly dedicated to the Middle Eastern region.

Enrico joined Ferpandi team in 2024, after having mature more than 10 years experience in the P&I sector. He studied at the Nautical institute in Genoa and then graduated in Maritime Economics. While at University, Enrico spent a year abroad in Antwerp to study for his degree thesis. He has initially worked as a chartering broker in the Tanker Department before joining an international P&I insurance company. Enrico has grown over 10 years experience handling all kinds of claims.

Guido graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and qualified as a Lawyer in 1999.

After having collaborated with a Law Firm in Ferrara, he started his career working for companies specialized in P&I insurance handling claims of all types. He works in P&I Claims sector since the beginning of 2000.

Enrico has more than 15 years of experience in the shipping industry. After obtaining his diploma in science and after his studies in IT technologies at the University of Salerno, he started working in the maritime sector. His journey started gathering experience in Shipping and shipbroking companies.

In 2010 he commenced working in the P&I and FD&D field and he gained wide experience handling all kind of claims.

Mariano gained more than 15 years of experience in the shipping industry and marine insurance. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from university “PARTENOPE” of Naples  in the Faculty of Maritime Economics and his diploma at naval technical institute. After an internship in the operations dept of an Italian shipping company and an experience of few months in the post fixture dept of a London based shipbroker, he progressed his career working for a P&I insurance broker.

He handles all kind of P&I and FD&D files for different types of vessels such as passengers, dry cargoes, tanker and offshore.
